  • Reach out to previous temporary workers (ours and yours)
  • Pre-screening interviews conducted by professional, bilingual specialists

Step 3: Develop Candidate Profiles

  • Create “candidate profile” for each qualified applicant
  • Designed to help in narrowing the field of interviewees

Step 4: Background Checks and Drug Testing

  • Review driving records
  • Check references
  • Validate employment and DOT status
  • Arrange for DOT certification, if necessary
  • Arrange for a drug test

Step 5: Payroll Implementation

  • Process pre-employment documents
  • Setup payroll, often within 24 hours of your
    candidate selection
